Femi Adeoti (FA) is the Co-Founder and Group Managing Director (GMD) of Routelink Group. Prior to Routelink, he was the Managing Director / CEO, Africa Operations for Inlaks, a foremost information technology company.

He is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School and also has an MBA in International Finance from the University of Liverpool (United Kingdom). In addition, Femi has a certificate in Artificial Intelligence (AI) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Femi Adeoti has a first degree in electronics engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University and has attended other management programs at the Lagos Business School and many others. He has a proven track record of driving business growth through deep customer engagements. He also has a strong ability to manage key assets and resources in order to ignite innovation and drive growth. He is a strong communicator with deep leadership capabilities.

Before Inlaks, he served as Head of Regional Business (West Africa) for Cisco where he had the responsibility for establishing that company as the leading global information technology organization in Africa. At Cisco, he was in the Chairman’s club, an elite club of top performers in the organization. Before Cisco, Femi was with the Computer Warehouse Group and he also worked with Comtec Systems in the United States.

Femi Adeoti is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors (IoD), a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administrators (FICA) and is also an honorary member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (CIBN) of Nigeria.
